Matt Biester is an HR Technologist who specializes in the conceptualization, implementation, and operationalization of technology enabled human resources strategies. His experience includes leading acting as People Systems Architect and managing a Talent Acquisition Solutions team for Twitter, managing both the Enterprise HR Technology Implementation function and talent acquisition digital transformation while at Lockheed Martin, and leading marketing and recruiting for a hypergrowth boutique cybersecurity firm. Matt has extensive experience as a scrum master, product owner, and portfolio manager with implementations spanning across the HR ecosystem in addition to his near decade recruiting but has a passion for the intersection of people, process, and technology in talent acquisition.
