Recruiting Advisors is a strategic consulting firm that specializes in sourcing, candidate engagement and technology. After 17 years in Talent Acquisition at PepsiCo and winning two SourceCon Grandmaster Global Sourcing content titles, Recruiting Advisors Founder, Jim Schnyder, was known in the industry for sharing recruiting best practices and helping Avature customers up their game. This passion for helping others succeed led the path to become Recruiting Advisors in 2018. 

We offer next level consulting in the areas of recruiting technology, product and process strategy, project management and lead generation / candidate engagement. Projects range from assisting customers with pre-implementation workshops, current and future state process design, workflow and system architectural design, system optimization, integrations and custom reporting. Typical projects consist of assisting current Avature customers with optimizing and fine-tuning their current Avature instance or serving as the internal customer team’s advisor or project manager to work with the Avature team during new implementations. Many times, Recruiting Advisors are brought in to analyze, design and help build products that are conceptual or non-existent and to be based upon the Avature platform.
