A recruiter by trade with a passion for technology and operations, Jennifer Picard transitioned to the world of consulting after a 16+ year career in Talent Acquisition. She now takes passion in helping organizations build superior talent infrastructures by optimizing technology, partnerships, programs, and talent acquisition processes. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College.
