Hayley has over 8+ years of Avature & Recruiting ATS/CRM system experience. In the last two years she worked closely with her Walmart business partner & Avature to expand the Find a Future coaching program that helped Military, Return to Work, Fair Chance, Disabled and 1st Generation communities with interest in employment, education, entrepreneurship and wellbeing. While at Accenture as the North America Avature Lead for Experience & Entry Level recruiting she assisted in the implementation of a custom Talent Portal that helped navigate the candidate through the interview process, receiving 1 click offers & kicking off onboarding & hiring processes All of which happened within the Avature system.
