Cynthia Wehrenberg is an experienced talent acquisition and recruitment strategist, currently serving as Vice President of Client Services at Recruiting Advisors. She is Avature level 4 certified and Partner certified. Cynthia has a robust background in optimizing and implementing Avature systems to improve recruitment processes for organizations. She helps her clients creatively solve problems and navigate complex projects. Prior to joining Recruiting Advisors, Cynthia held senior roles at companies like AbbVie, ADP, SAP and Prudential Financial, where she contributed to global talent sourcing and recruitment operations.

Having an interest in technology platforms, Cynthia also has over eight years of deep hands on experience as an Avature Administrator where she has expertise in designing framework, workflows and overall functionality to increase efficiency within organizations. Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Winona State University and resides in Iowa with her husband and three children.
